A garden tea party for birthday at Cambridge care homeAs a way to celebrate the end of the summer, The Cambridge Care Home, organised a garden tea party which also coincided with a Residents birthday, so it was a joint celebration for all!

The Wellbeing Coordinator, all four units at the care home and and catering Colleagues help this event taking place which was delivered today and was well attended by twelve Residents. 

Residents and Colleagues all enjoyed chocolate and vanilla cupcakes together with refreshments. This was the last day of great weather and it was the birthday of well-loved Resident, Jeanine Daines.

“How nice it is to have a tea from a fine china?” commented, Resident, Oriole Craven

“It’s such a lovely day to be outside in the garden,” Resident Ruby had said. 

Home Manager, Sham Deonarine, observed, “Residents enjoyed the weather in the beautiful garden and you could tell they all had a wonderful day. The cupcakes, in particular, looked delicious!”
