We sometimes launch offers and promotions in our homes to help people who are considering moving into a care home to get a taste of life in our care homes, which can often be beneficial before moving into a care home permanently.

10% off your first 12 months:
This offer is running in partnership with selected community groups and charities in our care homes’ local communities, whereby members are entitled to a discounted fee for their first 12 months if they qualify as per the below criteria.
Qualification of the offer of ‘10% off your first 12 months’ is subject to the fulfilment of the following terms and conditions:
- Offer is subject to room availability, appropriate placement following assessment and is at the Home Manager's discretion.
- To qualify for the offer, admissions must be fully self-funded and must move into our home on a permanent basis. Please note, prior to admission evidence must be provided that appropriate funds are available, as per the residency agreement.
- Residents who meet the criteria above will receive 10% off their first 12 months in our care home.
- HC-One annual fee uplifts still apply during the offer period as per residency agreement
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other incentives.
- This offer can only be used once within a six-month period.
- Offer is available to new customers only.

Refer a Friend Offer:
Qualification of the ‘Refer a Friend’ offer is subject to the fulfilment of the following terms and conditions
Note: ‘Referrer’ denotes an existing resident who is referring a friend or family member. ‘Referral’ denotes a new resident who has been referred by someone already residing in an HC-One care home.
Terms and conditions for referrals:
- Offer is subject to room availability, appropriate placement following assessment and is at the Home Manager's discretion.
- To qualify for the offer, referrals must be fully self-funded and must stay in our home for a minimum of four consecutive weeks. Please note, prior to admission evidence must be provided that appropriate funds are available, as per the residency agreement.
- Referrals who meet the criteria above will receive a complimentary week within 90 days once they have resided in the home for four consecutive weeks. They can only use the offer once and cannot use this offer in conjunction with any other incentives.
- For the fee discounts to be payable, the referrer must make the care home's management or HC-One's Careline team aware they have referred a friend prior to the new resident moving into the home.
- The fee discount entitlement is not payable if at the time it falls due, the resident’s account with us is in arrears. We reserve the right to waive this condition at our entire, unfettered discretion.
- In the event that the referral leaves the care home due to unforeseen circumstances (including because of their death), the complimentary week will be adjusted proportionally in line with the duration of stay.
Terms and conditions for referrers:
- Residents who are fully self-funded, or those who make a third-party top up to their local authority funding, and make a qualifying referral will receive a complimentary week (or top-up equivalent). Multiple complimentary weeks will be offered to referrers who make multiple successful referrals.
- Offer is not redeemable in conjunction with any other introductory offer.
- The complimentary week will be honoured to referrers within 90 days of a successful referral as per terms above.
- For the fee discounts to be payable, the referrer must make the care home's management or HC-One's Careline team aware they have referred a friend prior to the new resident moving into the home.
- Where the ‘refer a friend’ is made on behalf of a resident, only the resident can benefit from the complimentary week, even if family or friends make the referral.

4 weeks for the price of 3:
Qualification of the ‘4 weeks for the price of 3’ offer is subject to the fulfilment of the following terms and conditions.
- Offer is subject to room availability, appropriate placement following assessment and is at the Home Manager's discretion.
- To qualify for the offer, admissions must be fully self-funded and must stay in our home for a minimum of four consecutive weeks. Please note, prior to admission evidence must be provided that appropriate funds are available, as per the residency agreement.
- Residents who meet the criteria above will receive a complimentary week within 90 days once they have resided in the home for four consecutive weeks.
- This offer can be used in conjunction with other eligible incentives (this includes 20% off the first three months of a permanent stay).
- This offer can be applied to both respite or permanent stays.
- This offer can only be used once within a six-month period

3 weeks for the price of 2
Qualification of the ‘3 weeks for the price of 2’ offer is subject to the fulfilment of the following terms and conditions.
- Offer is subject to room availability, appropriate placement following assessment and is at the Home Manager's discretion.
- To qualify for the offer, admissions must be fully self-funded and must stay in our home for a minimum of four consecutive weeks. Please note, prior to admission evidence must be provided that appropriate funds are available, as per the residency agreement.
- Residents who meet the criteria above will receive a complimentary week within 90 days once they have resided in the home for three consecutive weeks.
- This offer can be used in conjunction with other eligible incentives (this includes 20% off the first three months of a permanent stay).
- This offer can be applied to both respite or permanent stays.
- This offer can only be used once within a six-month period.

20% off for the first 3 months
Qualification of the ‘20% off the first 3 months’ offer is subject to the fulfilment of the following terms and conditions.
- Offer is subject to room availability, appropriate placement following assessment and is at the Home Manager's discretion.
- To qualify for the offer, admissions must be fully self-funded and must sign up to a permanent contract. Please note, prior to admission evidence must be provided that appropriate funds are available, as per the residency agreement.
- we require evidence that appropriate funds are available before admission, as per the residency agreement.
- Residents who meet the criteria above will receive a complimentary week within 90 days.
- We reserve the right to withdraw this offer with immediate effect.
