Quality assurance in our care homes is all about ensuring that everyone living in our homes receives the best possible quality of life and care.
At HC-One, we are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care in our care homes. Our internal quality assurance framework showcases our commitment to continuous enhancement. Developed collaboratively with our home managers, this framework emphasises our core quality standards, while aligning with HC-One’s policies and procedures.
All of our care homes are supported by our quality team, who provide regular quality assurance reviews.
Our quality care approach
We prioritise continuous improvement to ensure the best possible experience for our residents and their families. HC-One’s internal assurance process is dedicated to supporting home managers and their teams in delivering the highest quality of care through ongoing learning and development.
We conduct annual internal assessments for homes rated Good or Outstanding by the CQC, CI and CIW. Should a home be rated ‘Requires improvement’, we will support the home manager by working through an action plan to identify areas of improvement.
