Snapethorpe Hall, residential and nursing care home, in Wakefield, staff are very proud of a special achievement.
Both Residents and staff are very proud of Gemma, the Deputy Manager, for successfully achieving her IAO Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
Gemma is able to put her skills into her role as Deputy Home Manager.
Gemma is so happy with her achievement, she remarked, “The course has helped me to feel more motivated and accomplished, it’s raised my self-esteem. I know I will be able to achieve any
goals I set myself in the future now I have completed this. I look forward to whatever the future holds.”
John Cairnes, Care Home Manager, added, “We are all extremely proud of Gemma’s achievement.”
