Angus care home celebrates Burns NightBurns Night celebrations are well underway at HC-One’s Cairnie Lodge in Arbroath.

Many Residents have chosen to sharpen their poetry skills while others have spent the afternoon making beautiful tapletop decorations.

Residents decorated jars with their favourite tartan variation and buttons, kindly donated to the home by a Resident’s daughter.

One Resident, upon seeing the appropriately decorated jars, commented: “Oh, what nice tartan!”

Flowers have been arranged in the jars and placed around Cairnie Lodge.

Now that preparations are complete, everyone is looking forward to an evening filled with food, poetry, and music for this year’s Burns Night.
