Kings Park care home in Ashton-under-Lyne, Tameside is celebrating having received a glowing report from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The team at Kings Park were delighted to have received an impressive CQC report that rated the home as ‘Good’ in all areas rated, demonstrating that the home is providing high standards of care for Residents, demonstrating that the home is Safe and Well-Led.
The inspectors were full of praise for colleagues at Kings Park, highlighting the kind ways in which they provide care for Residents at the home, “Relatives told us staff were very caring and understood how to meet the needs of their family member. One Relative told us, "Communication, that is great. I cannot praise them enough. They put the residents needs above everything else.””
Inspectors also commented on the kind care that could be seen from Colleagues, “Relatives told us their family members were well cared for. One relative said, "My [family member] is safe here and really well looked after." Another Relative told us, "[Family member] is being looked after very well. I feel confident with all the staff, and it has been a relief to know they are safe and well looked after."
