Balcarres care home poppy making

HC-One’s Balcarres, residential and residential memory care home, in Dundee, celebrated Remembrance Day.

Residents at Balcarres care home had a fun filled day making poppies for Remembrance Day.

The best part of the activity for the Residents was putting the poppies onto the crosses.

Jackie, a Resident, said, “These poppies look real.”

Lynn McLean, Care Home Manager, added, “I really like to see the finished results after every craft session.”
