A very special Colleague at HC-Ones Barnby Court care home in Barnby Moor recently reached a huge milestone of 20 years of continued service at the home.
Barnby Court Home Manager, Margaret Greaves started her career at Barnby Court on 14th August 2000, as a Care Assistant. Margaret really excelled in her role as Care Assistant and moved to a Senior Carer role later on in her career before taking over as home manager in 2004.
On Wednesday 12th August, the area management team visited the home and presented Mags with her award. The team at Barnby Court surprised Mags with a party outside in the garden. There was lots of food and prosecco to celebrate and they even had the karaoke machine out for a sing along.
On Friday 14th August, Colleagues presented Mags with a mug and coaster to say thank you again for all her hard work.
Later in the day all the staff and Residents took part in a "all about Mags" quiz where the staff were presented with awards for who made the best and worst cups of tea whilst Mags has been manager. Everyone knows how much Mags loves a cup of tea.
