At residential, nursing and residential memory care home, Barton Brook, in Salford, one Resident celebrated his birthday surrounded by singing, cake and lots of well wishes.
Colleagues sang ‘Happy Birthday’ today to Resident Garth Lilly to celebrate his 74th Birthday; before sharing his Birthday cake with all the Residents on the unit. He was helped to open his cards and Colleagues read them out to him which he loved.
Garth enjoyed a music afternoon with his favourite singer Elvis Presley (see pictured on Garth’s door).
Michelle Labador, Care Home Manager, said, “It’s so nice to share special moments with our Residents.”
