Easter is one of the favourite holidays to celebrate at Meadowbank House care home, in Great Lever, and today Residents took part in a very arty activity.
Many of the Residents hold Easter very close to their hearts and some Residents have shared very pleasant times celebrating Easter at the home previously. So today Colleagues were determined to create even more memories, by organising a special activity. Making beautiful window decorations for good Friday while eating Easter inspired biscuits certainly was the cherry on top of a perfect day!
Residents Kneale (pictured), Ellen, Mary, James and Ayub all enjoyed the peaceful ambiance during the activity. One Resident said, “I’m no artist, but I didn't do a bad job today!”
Home Manager, Kelly Champkin, said that Residents thoroughly enjoyed the activity and are looking forward to the Easter weekend.
