Brass band plays for Grimsby care home ResidentsThe Cleethorpes Brass Band, training division, came outside of Clarendon Hall residential and nursing care home, in Grimsby, to play Christmas carols and festive music for Residents.

Everyone watched from inside and were able to hear the music and see the band.

Unfortunately, the weather was not kind to the band, and they had to hold on to their music sheets due to the wind! But everyone agreed it was a wonderful and very enjoyable day.

Residents enjoyed hearing the music of a brass band. Mark, who lives at Clarendon Hall, watched from the window clapping at all the songs that were played.

Fellow Resident Robin, said, “I haven’t seen a brass band for years, they were really good!”

Hayley, Wellbeing Coordinator commented, “It went very well, despite the weather! The musicians were real troopers and carried on till the end.”
