Residents at Barton Brook care home, which offers residential, nursing and residential memory care, had a lovely Easter indeed.
The day started with a church service in each community. Residents and Colleagues said prayers and sang Easter hymns together.
In the afternoon everyone enjoyed a nice Easter bingo activity with lots of prizes to win, including an Easter hamper.
After the bingo was a chance to have a good old dance, with plenty of nice refreshments to offer. The Residents then settled down to a nice film called 'Easter Parade' starring Fred Astaire, Ann Miller and Judy Garland. There was plenty of fun-filled entertainment including Easter Bonnet making too.
Marie, Wellbeing Coordinator, said that the Residents thoroughly enjoyed the day, especially the dancing.
