Chelmsford care home Residents enjoy Nutrition and Hydration WeekHC-One’s Admirals Reach care home Residents enjoyed a week of new foods as they took part in Nutrition and Hydration Week.

Residents especially enjoyed taking part in making smoothies with different delicious fruits and juices, with some remarking at how they had never tried one before. Everyone sat to sample the smoothies as they described what they could taste the most and which fruits were their favourite.

This treat was even more tasty as the sun was shining, so Residents were able to sit in the garden and cool off with the drinks.

One Resident commented: “I’ve really enjoyed making these, they’ve tasted delicious!”
