Residents are having fun celebrating Chinese New Year today at HC-One’s Admirals Reach care home in Chelmsford.
They have spent the day dressing up and taste testing Chinese food to celebrate the incoming year of the ox.
One Resident commented: “We’ve loved wearing Chinese hats and eating prawn crackers today. There’s been a lot of fun and laughter!”
Residents and Colleagues alike enjoyed playing dress-up this afternoon as they modelled conical hats and beautifully decorated Chinese hand-held fans.
Everyone had fun taking part in the celebrations this afternoon, with plenty more Chinese-inspired on the menu for them to taste-test throughout the day.
