Colleagues at
Avon Court care home, in Chippenham, Wiltshire, held a session for Residents to make their very own Christmas cards for families and loved ones.
Residents at the 66-bed residential, nursing and nursing dementia care home have been getting crafty and handmaking their own Christmas cards using card and stickers. Many Residents said that it was nice to let Relatives know that they are being thought of.
Lyn Neate and Leila Garraway, who are both Wellbeing Coordinators at the home, commented, “Residents and Colleagues loved the cards and liked the fact that they had that little ‘personal touch’.”
