Residents were thrilled as a fantastic choir came to perform at
Hartford Court, residential and residential dementia care home in Cramlington.
Visitors of the Life Begins Day Centre visited the care home to perform a selection of songs for the Residents.
The day centre visitors have been practicing regularly and this was their first public performance which was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Seeing the Residents enjoy the performance, and it brought lots of Christmas joy. The Residents recognised many of the songs and were joining in which was lovely to watch.
The performer from the Life Begins Day Centre, said, “We loved performing from the Residents and seeing the joy it brought was so uplifting.”
After the performance the Residents had a very special visit from Santa!
Kay Rudd, Care Home Manager, remarked, “What a joy to see everyone come together at such a special time.”
