Residents at HC-One’s
Park House, residential and residential memory care home, in Guisborough have been crafting throughout the festive season.
On the run up to Christmas, Residents have had some lovely craft sessions making Christmas cards for their families and their calendars for 2022.
Families who received the card, really appreciated them and found the gesture very emotional.
Residents had many different ideas on how they wanted their calendars to look, and each one was unique. Some of the Residents have displayed their calendars in their rooms already for the
new year.
One Resident, commented, “My daughter cried when she saw I had made her a Christmas card.”
Care Home Manager, Julie Woods, added, “The Residents enjoyed doing something for their families.”
