Entertainment was welcomed back with open arms at
St James Park care home, in Bradpole, as everyone enjoyed listening to some incredible piano playing on 20th April.
Residents at the residential and nursing care home, were delighted to invite pianist Alan Poulten to the home, and many gathered to hear the beautiful music. Mike, Bob, Pam, Joan, Gwen, Caryn, Evelyn, Marjorie, Barbara, Pamela and Joan H, all thoroughly enjoyed the performance, many singing along, clapping their hands and tapping their feet to the music.
Alan took plenty of requests and all enjoyed a wonderful sang along, on a lovely sunny afternoon.
Joan, who lives at St James Park, sang all the way through and clapped after each piece of music. She said to Alan “That was lovely! Please come again”
Michaela Hunt, Wellbeing Coordinator, commented, “It was so wonderful and quite emotional to see all the Residents singing, smiling and so animated!”
