At Cheshire’s
Greengables residential and nursing care home, Residents enjoyed a Remembrance Show by Musical Delights.
Everyone enjoyed the musical entertainment by the group and sang lots of old war songs.
Residents also made their own poppy flowers to display around the home and showed their respects by having a two minutes silence om 11th November.
One of the Residents commented that he hadn’t sang some of the war songs that were sang during the show for at least 70 years!
Vicky Culbert, Home Administrator, remarked, “It was lovely seeing Residents enjoying singing along to war songs and using musical instruments to tap along to in time to the music.”
