HC-One’s Brandon House is baking their way to the top after designing a winning Christmas cake.
Colleagues at the home came together to form a team to enter a national competition held by HC-One’s food supplier.
Nena Mason, a Colleague at the home, commented: “It was great to see Brandon House win the overall competition.
It was great fun designing and making the cake and everyone got involved.”
They designed and baked the cake in honour of Brandon House Chef, Owen, depicted after a hard day at work cooking Christmas lunch for the Residents.
Brandon House Home Manager, Sheryl Davis, said: “Due to great team work, we designed and made the cake.
“It was fun to do and the Residents enjoyed eating it afterwards!”
