Eastleigh care home Residents visited by 40 Christmas carollersChandlers Ford residential and nursing care home Residents were visited by 40 children from St Swithun-Wells Primary School, who performed a selection of Christmas carols, outside in the home’s courtyard, in Hampshire.

Everyone felt very blessed with mild and dry weather, to enjoy a beautiful hour outside in the fresh air.

Sharon, the home’s chef, whipped up gingerbread men, mince pies and hot chocolate for all to enjoy.

St Swithun-Wells Primary School also provided gifts for Residents to enjoy at Christmas, which all were very grateful for.

Residents enjoyed the fresh air, the sound of children singing and the tea party which Colleagues arranged for them.

Eileen, who lives at the home, was singing along to the songs and commented on how beautiful the children sang and what a wonderful occasion it was.

Febi, Deputy Manager, remarked, “It was wonderful to see Residents singing along with the children and other Residents enjoying the show from their balconies.”
