At HC-One’s
Bishopsgate Lodge, residential and nursing care home, in County Durham, Residents have been on the hunt for their perfect Christmas tree.
A Resident, John, the care homes Head Gardener, and Resident Jim, went out to find the perfect tree for the garden. It needed to be perfect ready for the festive season.
Hoping for a Scottish Pine, the Residents came away with a great tree, they weren’t sure if it was the Scottish Pine, but it was going to look so festive in the garden.
Jim, said, “I liked looking through the trees and deciding between us which was the correct one to buy.”
John, added, “It was nice to be able to go out and choose the tree for ourselves.”
Lesley, Wellbeing Coordinator, commented, “The banter was fab! Neither of us had much idea on the sort of tree it was, but we had a great afternoon.”
