What better time than Easter weekend, which signifies the time for hope and new beginning, to show Colleagues at Roby Lodge how much their hard work and dedication means.
Lisa Casey, Home Manager, wanted her team to know how much their efforts mean to the home and start their journey of hope and new beginnings. Appreciation and recognition are very important and Lisa wanted everyone to know how valued they are.
So, the whole day was centred around just this and Colleagues were all given a little gift. See pictured Colleagues Jane Fahey, Rehanne Garvey and Janet Russell.
Lisa also went to visit some Colleagues who are currently off shielding so that they knew they were thinking of them.
Lisa commented, “We are choosing this Easter as an opportunity to move forward in a positive way, as the restrictions ease and life becomes a bit more normal for us all. Our staff team have been through the most challenging time and worked extremely hard through so many difficult days which has brought us closer and stronger.”
