Care Home Open Week is soon approaching, and Greenfield Park have already started preparing for their upcoming event.
On the 1st July, an open day will be held all day from 10am-4pm for Residents, Relatives and the local community to attend.
The open day will be filled with lots of fun activities such as board games, bean bag toss, balloon badminton, selfie booth, tombola, bake sale, and arts and craft sessions.
Many special guests have been invited along to the day including two entertainers one being a singer who will be performing classic songs all afternoon. Many other guests such as members of the local church, family members and the Seagulls Trust will be coming to the event to support Greenfield Park.
Some of the Residents are very excited for the open day and have been helping to prepare and brainstorming ideas of different activities they would like to do.
Sharon Miller, Care Home Manager, commented, “We are very excited to be holding our open day and can’t wait to have lots of fun.”
