Gym time for Winsford ResidentsExercise time at Overdene House residential and nursing care home, in Cheshire, has gone down very well this week as the home welcomed the wonderful Burns Gym brothers.

There was plenty of noise from the Residents who were shouting words of encouragement and singing to the music.

Derek, who also lives at the home, joined in and got very much involved as well as Colleagues Cath, Lil and Laura.

One of the Residents said, “I love it, great fun and warmed us all up.”

Another Resident added, “I just love doing it and enjoy the boys (from Burns Gym) saying ‘hi’ to me.”

Cath Burns, Care Home Manager, commented, “This is great fun and it’s my time with my Residents.”
