Residents at
St Peters Court care home in Redcar, we excited to host a spooky Halloween disco.
A fantastic afternoon was had by both the Residents and Colleagues at the 67-bed residential and residential dementia care home.
There was lots of spooky music, singing and dancing which was enjoyed by all. The home was decorated with skeletons, pumpkins, and cobwebs.
Residents enjoyed tucking into a delicious buffet. The kitchen staff catered to everyone making a huge array of food which included spooky cakes, toffee apples, eyeball cakes and eyeball punch just to name a few.
One Resident, commented, “The food was lovely and the music really put us in the Halloween mood!”
The party was a huge success, the Residents needed a well-deserved nap after all the fun they had. There were smiles on faces and laughs all around.
Jamie Stephenson, Care Home Manager, remarked, “The home was buzzing all day, everyone had such an amazing day. Thank you everyone for all of your hard work, the afternoon was a huge success.”
