The Residents of
Himley Mill nursing and nursing dementia care home, in Dudley, have been busy making Christmas decorations this December to distribute around the local community.
Each Resident involved helped to make one of the sixty decorations (pictured). These were placed in envelopes and delivered to each of the houses around Himley.
When delivering the decorations, people stopped to say what a lovely gesture it was and that they were very grateful.
Colleagues Claire Lamsdale and Katie Marsh, who organised the activity, commented, “The Residents were very happy to help, and some wanted to know if anymore needed making!”
