Residents at HC-One’s Hinckley Park care home enjoyed a fun filled Easter weekend, with fancy dress an Easter egg hunt and egg and spoon race.
Easter is a time for chocolate eggs, daffodils, rabbits, the start of Spring, egg and spoon races. But only for kids, right? Not at Hinckley Park.
Residents and staff spent the day racing one another along the corridors of the home and, at one point, and because it was a beautiful day, through the neighbouring park.
Hinckley Residents mostly used fake eggs, except for the staff who were issued real and un-boiled eggs! A lot of fun was had and the grand prize of the Golden Egg was won by Home Manager, Karen, for running races dressed as a chicken.
