Holme Lea Resident bird feedersResidents at Tameside’s residential and residential memory care home, Holme Lea, ventured out today to the local park to be up close and personal with the birds.

As the sun was out, Residents and Colleagues headed to the local park to feed the ducks and birds.

The ladies, all in their sun hats, enjoyed a stroll over to the pond to feed the ducks, who usually visit Holme Lea every year.

“It is lovely to be out in the sunshine and in the park.” One of the Residents said.

Craig Hardman, Care Home Manager, commented, “We are very lucky to have a beautiful open green space across from the home. Residents do love the park.”
