The staff and Residents of
Leeming Garth in Northallerton which offers residential care, came together to support Macmillan Coffee Morning.
The coffee morning was held in the lovely ground floor lounge and twelve Residents attended and an array of scrumptious cakes were provided by the chef. The cakes were also taken to Residents that remained in their rooms so they could enjoy too.
It was a wonderful morning and all the Residents enjoyed it and for such a worthy cause, they have even requested to have more coffee mornings like this soon.
One Resident said, “It has been lovely getting together again, just like old times”.
Debra Hall, Care Home Manager, commented, “It was lovely to see the Residents having fun and a good time together, the atmosphere was very uplifting".
