Residents at HC-One’s Chorlton Place care home in Manchester have received their first rounds of the coronavirus vaccine.
Everyone at Chorlton Place is celebrating being one step closer to returning to normality and Residents are looking forward to eventually being reunited with their families once again.
The vaccine is currently being rolled out to Residents and staff in care homes under guidance from the Department of Health.
One Resident commented: “This is such an important milestone in the future history of our country and the rest of the world, I am pleased to be doing my part to help everyone begin to heal and move forward from this difficult phase in time.”
Chorlton Place Home Manager, Samantha Clayton said: “We are all looking forward to better times, at the moment we are keeping spirits high and will continue to smile.”
