Manchester care home Residents are off to Heaton Park

Today at HC-One’s Pendleton Court residential, nursing and residential memory care home, in Salford, three Residents and three Colleagues took a trip to the beautiful Heaton Park. 

The home had the use of the bus from fellow HC-One home, Averill House, so took full advantage; especially as restrictions have been lifted and thus allowing these visits to go ahead. 

Peter, Elizabeth and Anne (all pictured) enjoyed some lunch out too including a burger, chips with a nice fresh coffee.

Peter said he felt like a child again and reminisced about his childhood as it brought back so many memories.

Elizabeth added, “It’s wonderful to get out and what a beautiful day it is.”

Jenny, Nursing Assistant, remarked, “I loved seeing the Residents so happy and smiling.”
