On 10th December,
Aston House residential memory and nursing memory care home Colleagues decided to ask Residents what they love most about Christmas.
The replies were fascinating. Each Resident had their own perspective and idea behind celebrating Christmas. Colleagues thought it was so wonderful watching them analyse what they love.
Most of them narrated it to us and few of them were able to write it down by themselves. It was a fantastic way to keep their mind occupied.
Helen, who lives at the home, commented, “I love everything about Christmas!”
Residents said they were very pleased to give their description and enjoyed the activity.
Home Manager Seema Jose, commented, “It is one of the best ways to keep our Residents busy and chatting to each other.”
