Residents at
Falstone Court, residential dementia care home, in Roker, Sunderland, enjoyed an Italian themed baking session on National Pizza Day.
It was a really fun afternoon on the 9th February, as Residents enjoyed making their own pizzas.
The Residents rolled out their own dough, chose their toppings and made sure there was lots of cheese!
Margaret Tucknutt, one of the Residents at Falstone Court, said, “The pizzas were delicious.”
Julie Merritt, Care Home Manager, added, “The Resident really enjoyed the pizza making activity. They are keen to do something like this again.”
