Altham Court nursing and residential care home, in Lincolnshire, the newest member of the team was given a huge welcome on her first day today.
Colleagues at the home all helped to make new overseas nurse, Alma (who is pictured) feel welcome on her first day today.
Staff have made generous donations to help Alma settle in a new country and a new home.
Alma was very emotional about her welcome and couldn't thank staff enough. The Residents also loved meeting Alma too.
Home Manager, Anna Livsey, remarked, “I think Alma is so brave coming to a new country on her own. We wish her all the success in the world!”
