Pen pal fun at Peterlee care homeIrene Robertson, a Resident at HC-One’s Grampian Court care home in Peterlee decided to write a letter to her long-time friend, Sharon, with the help of Wellbeing Coordinator, Judith.

Judith assisted Irene with writing her letter due to her poor eyesight, Irene told Judith what to write and the pair discussed lots of happy memories Irene has with her friend, Sharon, who the letter was for.

Once the letter was written, Judith posted it and Irene is waiting on her response. It was a lovely afternoon for both, with Irene commenting: “Thank you, I really have enjoyed this afternoon.”
