Colleagues and Residents at HC One’s Stamford Court care home held their own pink day to raise awareness of breast cancer.
All of the staff at the Stalybridge care home dressed up in their best pink outfits and all made contributions to breast cancer research.
There was plenty of pink cupcakes and even some pink lemonade to wash them down with too.
The Residents enjoyed the pink theme and helping to raise awareness of something very important.
The home raised £30 overall and had a lovely fun day which lifted everyone’s spirits during this difficult time.
The home manager commented “it’s nice to put smiles on everyone’s face by doing something so simple and helping charity at the same time.”
