Residents and Colleagues at HC-One’s Highclere care home enjoyed an afternoon of celebrations in honour of Pride 2021.
The sun was shining and everyone sat outside to enjoy the outdoor entertainment provided by Georgi, a regular entertainer at the home. Residents enjoyed a sing along of their favourite songs before indulging in some delicious refreshments in the warm.
The home’s chef also baked a wonderful Pride themed cake which Residents were amazed with, remarking at how delicious it looked.
Colleagues also joined in as they dressed in brightly coloured clothing alongside Residents.
One Resident commented: “What a great afternoon, it was lovely to celebrate today, especially in the sunshine.”
