
HC-One’s Millcroft Care Home in Redditch, Worcestershire, is celebrating a landmark achievement after receiving its first-ever Care Quality Commission (CQC) rating, with a resounding ‘Good’ across all five key inspection areas: Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well-led.
The CQC’s report praised the home for its high-quality care, commitment to residents’ wellbeing, and a strong culture of compassion and teamwork. The rating is a significant milestone for the team at Millcroft, who have worked tirelessly to create a supportive, safe, and vibrant environment for those living at the home.
Lyndsay Sard, Home Manager at HC-One’s Millcroft Care Home, shared her pride in the team’s achievement, saying:
