Colleagues at
Beechcroft residential and nursing care home, in Palacefields, are in contact with their local library regarding providing a service for Residents to reminisce.
The library provided a delivery of themed memory boxes, some had a selection of some old money in them (dating back to early 1900s!)
Residents Keith Dunbebin (pictured) and Arthur Houghton had a good trip down memory lane and enjoyed reminiscing about when they were younger; they talked about being allowed to go to the sweet shop and buy their own treats as a youngster.
Vicki Costello, Care Home Manager, said she was delighted that this sparked a great conversation among Residents.
