One very special Resident at HC-One’s Pendleton Court care home, in Manchester, has been celebrating her birthday with fellow Residents and Colleagues.
Josie, who is one of the newer Residents at the home, and pictured second from the right, enjoyed a lovely afternoon of singing and dancing.
Wellbeing Coordinator, Lesley, as well as other Colleagues, sang for the Residents too and gave out instruments for everyone to join in. The Rock ‘n’ Roll songs and Elvis were most popular.
One Resident, Jeff, said, “It was a great afternoon.”
Lesley said, “We had our sweet bar loaded with treats and sweets and some baileys and beers.”
“What a fantastic atmosphere with everyone really enjoying playing the instruments and singing along.”
