Residents at HC-One’s
Foxton Court, residential and residential dementia care home, in Morpeth have been getting crafty to show some love.
Residents, Molly Hall, Janet Nash and Fay Nicholson, have been making hedgehogs to send to their nearest and dearest to show how much they are loved.
Wellbeing Coordinator, Nicola supported a group to make the hedgehogs, Resident, Fay decided she would like to send her hedgehog to her Granddaughter.
Everyone involved decided they would like to choose a member of their family to send a ‘hedge-hug’ to.
Molly, remarked, “Aren’t these just super, I am delighted with the hedgehog!”
Joanne Bulford, Care Home Manager, added, “The Residents love doing crafts, especially when they get to send them to their loved ones.”
