This month at
Adelaide House in Surrey, which provides residential and nursing care, Residents have enjoyed a spooky Halloween party.
At Adelaide house this year, Residents and Colleagues celebrated Halloween with a spooky party by dressing up in scary outfits and baking spooky cakes.
The home had been decorated in a Halloween theme to make sure Residents joined Colleagues for a “frightening” afternoon. Residents got their face painted and also could choose from a nice range of different costumes. There was also spooky Halloween music playing throughout to add to the scary environment.
One Resident commented, “I loved my costume, I never thought I would have my face painted in green!”. Another went on to say, “it was a really spooky day!”
Kate, the Home Manager said, “It was so nice to see a different generation to celebrate something they used to before”.
