Mihaela Opera, Home Manager and current Area Director for Area 10a has been named in the Care Home Professional Power List 2022 ‘Leaders of Tomorrow’.
The nomination highlights all of the incredible work Mihaela has been doing at Springwater Lodge, encouraging, and supporting her Colleagues when needed.
Deputy Home Manager, Ana Filip had nominated Mihaela for the category after working with her at Springwater Lodge for some time, she said, “I nominated Mihaela because she always supports people to achieve their best outcomes and always strives for more”.
Mihaela went on to say, “I am excited and surprised with the unexpected nomination. I was aware Ana had nominated me, but I am honoured to have been named in the “Leaders of Tomorrow” category. For me leadership means inspiring people to believe in themselves and achieve their dreams whilst being kind to one another”.
Springwater Lodge is located in the village of Calverton and provides residential, nursing and residential dementia care. It recently received a rating of “Good” from CQC in all areas and has an impressive 9.8 carehome.co.uk rating.
