A Resident at HC-One’s Kings Park care home is celebrating an incredible 65 years married to her husband.
George came to visit his lovely wife Liz through a window at the home so that the pair could celebrate their wonderful life together. The pair each brought their favourite photo albums and spent time looking and laughing at their fondest memories.
Liz made a very special anniversary card for George, signed with a finger print love heart. Colleagues even helped her to make a video slideshow full of their favourite photos for George to take home and enjoy.
Despite lockdown restrictions, Liz and George spent a wonderful day together and cannot wait to be able to see each other in person.
Kings Park Home Manager, Lisa Joy, said: “It was a really emotional day. The video has been sent to George and he loved it.”
