In light of coronavirus pandemic, Residents at HC-One’s Victoria Gardens in Tile Hills have found the perfect way to keep in touch with their families; Zoom.
Residents have been making excellent use of the video chatting app to keep up with their Relatives and friends.
One Resident commented: “It’s nice to see smiling faces, even if it’s on a computer screen.”
Colleagues have been teaching Residents how to become tech-savvy and have been helping them make the calls.
Under the difficult circumstances we all face, maintaining relationships is key to staying happy and preserving good mental wellbeing.
Using Zoom on a regular basis has boosted morale at Victoria Gardens and drastically reduced feelings of loneliness and isolation in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic.
