Tividale care home celebrate Bastille DayToday at Warrens Hall nursing care home, near Dudley, Colleagues and Residents celebrated Bastille Day in French style.

Staff and Residents wore their outfits of berets and garlic strings with pride and enjoyed some delicacies throughout the day including croissants with jam for breakfast and then a variety of cheeses for afters.

The day was then topped off with some French music while Residents enjoyed some chocolate profiteroles and macaroons. They then toasted to France with a lovely glass of mimosa.

Warrens Hall Resident, Cathleen Sheldon, remarked, “What an amazing effort the staff have put in to the day, thanks for everything”

Colleague, Leslie Snookes, commented, “Fun was had by all and everyone was happy with their day. The Residents enjoyed all the different styles of food and drink.”
