Winsford Residents enjoy Christmas 2021Christmas was very busy at Overdene House residential and nursing care home, in Cheshire, as some guinea pigs made a guest appearance for Residents to cuddle and there was even a session to make some decorations for the home’s Christmas tree.

A total of 56 people all got involved and everyone made at least one decoration, all showing great talent. Residents loved taking part and even had a tipple or two of scotch, Baileys, Snowball or Babycham, should they wish.

One of the Residents commented on the social aspect of the activities, “It is great to get to know people and to see them smile over good memories.”

Cath Burns, Care Home Manager, commented, “This was time spent well with Residents and Colleagues. We just felt we all need to reunite as a team and become an even happier home!”
