Although still in lockdown, Hilda enjoyed seeing her family on Skype, receiving her beautiful flowers and presents and being made a fuss of.
A Milliner care home Colleague explained, “Even though times are hard it's lovely to see that even at 99 you can celebrate in style”
Hilda really enjoyed smelling her beautiful flowers and seeing family on the video calling platform Skype, she remarked, “It’s lovely”
Home Manager, Kathryn Sygrove, said, “Although family were worried due to Hilda's eyesight and hearing that they could not see her on Skype it went very well and Hilda was stroking the screen and smiling all day”.
