Boston care home Residents transform old BBQ grill and pieces of oddmentsResidents at HC-One’s Elmwood House care home in Boston recently helped Maintenance Office transform an old BBQ and other oddments that had been found around the house.

The home was recently kindly donated an old BBQ grill from Gary, the Maintenance Officer at Elmwood House that was brilliant and just what Colleagues at the home needed for their idea.

Amber, Elmwood House wellbeing coordinator spray painted the whole of the BBQ and added some flowers with help from Residents which ended up being a great garden piece.

Elmwood House Resident Margaret said: “Amazing, love it, well done.”

The kitchen staff had also been saving their tins for Residents to transform. Elmwood House Home Administrator, Gina, helped Residents paint the abandoned tins which were then turned into lovely vases to hold some beautiful flowers in.
